How to Use the CSSBuy Spreadsheet

Step 1

Find the original item link

Open the CSSBuy Spreadsheet. Choose a category or product, then locate its original seller listing. Keep the item URL and the variation you want; a directory category URL is not an orderable item.

Step 2

Open the item on CSSBuy

On cssbuy.com, paste the seller item URL into search. If details cannot be loaded, use the manual-order option or ask CSSBuy support before paying.

Step 3

Check the variation and place the order

Select colour, size and quantity. Check the item amount, currency, domestic delivery charge and any service charges before confirming payment on CSSBuy.

Step 4

Review your warehouse photos

When the item reaches the warehouse, review the photos and order details in your account. Resolve visible damage, incorrect variations or missing measurements before shipping.

Step 5

Choose items for your parcel

Select stored items, enter the delivery address and compare available shipping routes. Check item restrictions and any packaging or insurance options you choose.

Step 6

Confirm shipping and track delivery

Review the international shipping amount before payment. After dispatch, use the parcel tracking in your CSSBuy account and contact their support about order or delivery issues.

Keep an Order Note Before Paying

Save the seller URL, item ID, selected variation, size measurements and the total shown at checkout. This gives you something concrete to compare with the warehouse order later.

  • Use the original item URL, not the URL of a FansSheets category.
  • Do not treat the item price as an all-in delivered price: check each charge and its currency.
  • Compare photographed measurements with a garment or pair of shoes you already own.
  • If a photo is unclear, ask for the missing detail before approving international shipping.
